Founder & CEO

Sammod Wadappi is a senior Market Research and Consulting professional with over 19 years of extensive experience in research operations, strategic consulting, academic mentoring, and industry training. He is currently pursuing his PhD and has strong academic involvement as a visiting faculty and guest lecturer for MBA, BBA, and MCA programs.

He has worked at senior and leadership levels in the Market Research and Consulting industry, handling end-to-end research operations, client consulting, project management, team leadership, and strategic planning across multiple national and international assignments. His expertise includes Market Research Methodology, Business Analytics, Research Design, Industry Consulting, Entrepreneurship, and Industry–Academia collaboration.

He has delivered lectures and training sessions at reputed universities and management institutes, guiding students on industry practices, career opportunities, and applied learning. At S4LearnTech, he leads the vision of building a platform where students gain real industry exposure, practical skills, and career readiness through structured learning programs and mentorship.

Apart from his professional career, he is actively involved in social, cultural, and literary activities, especially in the field of Kannada literature and community development. He is the founder of Vrikodara Prakashana, a literary initiative promoting Kannada writing and publications. He is also the author of the Kannada book Moovatnalku Hejjegalu, reflecting his interest in literature and social thought.

He has been honored with recognitions such as Kannada Seva Ratna Award, Udayonmukha Kavi Award, and Sahitya Tilak Award for his contribution to literature, culture, and social service. Through his academic, literary, and social involvement, he strongly believes in the role of education in building responsible individuals and a progressive society.

Shridevi Wadappi

Operations Head

Shridevi Wadappi is the Co-Founder and Operations Head of S4LearnTech. She plays a key role in managing organizational operations, program coordination, student support, and administrative planning.

She ensures smooth execution of training programs, certification courses, and academic collaborations. With strong organizational and management skills, she oversees daily operations, communication, and learner engagement, ensuring that every program is delivered effectively and professionally.

Her focus is on building a learner-friendly environment where students receive proper guidance, support, and access to quality educational resources.

Surabhi Madyalkar

Growth & Learning Advisor

Surabhi Madyalkar is the Co-Founder and Counselor at S4LearnTech. She holds an M.Sc. in Botany from Karnataka University, Dharwad, and has a strong academic background with a passion for student guidance and counseling.

She is responsible for student mentoring, career counseling, and academic guidance. She works closely with learners to help them choose the right career path, improve confidence, and develop the skills required for professional success.

Her role includes counseling students, guiding them in academic and career decisions, and supporting them throughout their learning journey at S4LearnTech.
